January 20, 1942: the heads of Hitler's ministries gathered for a morning "meeting followed by breakfast" at a grand residence on the outskirts of Berlin. The topic for this mundane diplomatic function? The "final solution to the Jewish question." Over the course of 90 minutes, 15 men implemented a plan that would lead to the systematic murder of millions of Jews from across Europe.
