Set over three consecutive Fridays, Alli Haapasalo's (FORCE OF HABIT, LOVE AND FURY) fresh, frank and frequently funny snapshot of young womanhood follows three teenaged girls in Helsinki. Best friends Rönkkö (Eleonoora Kauhanen) and Mimmi (Aamu Milonoff) work together in a smoothie shop, sharing their personal woes and triumphs. Rebellious Mimmi is struggling with her family life and a new baby stepbrother. Happy-go-lucky Rönkkö is starting to give up on love after a string of passionless dates. When strait-laced (pun intended) figure skater Emma (Linnea Leino) enters the picture, she brings her own drama and strikes up a whirlwind romance with Mimmi that sends sparks flying both on the ice and off.
