ONCE UPON A TIME...IN HOLLYWOOD in 70mm
Quentin Tarantino’s vision of 1969 Hollywood sees a town and an entertainment industry on the cusp of seismic change. TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) worries that impending middle age, changing tastes and limited acting ability may consign him to yesterday’s news; his longtime stunt double and loyal friend Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt, in an Oscar®-winning performance) takes things as they come, his unflappable exterior perhaps concealing a dark secret from his past. The film’s starry ensemble features Margot Robbie, Al Pacino, Timothy Olyphant, Dakota Fanning, Margaret Qualley, Luke Perry, Damian Lewis, Bruce Dern, Lena Dunham and Kurt Russell. DIR/SCR/PROD Quentin Tarantino; PROD David Heyman, Shannon McIntosh. U.S./UK/China, 2019, color, 161 min. RATED R
