HONEYMOON, THE (2023)
In this wild comedy from South African director Bianca Isaac (3 DAYS TO GO), three Durban-based best friends embark on the unplanned girls' trip of a lifetime to Zanzibar. Kat (Kajal Bagwandeen, 3 DAYS TO GO, THE INDIAN DETECTIVE) is a talented fashion designer living in her fiancé's shadow; Noks (Tumi Morake, 3 DAYS TO GO, SERIOUSLY SINGLE) is a social media star-turned-diva searching for fame at any cost; and Lu (media personality Minnie Dlamini, in her big-screen debut) is married to the love of her life but feels suffocated by his overly cautious ways. When Kat's fiancé calls off their wedding the night before the big day, Noks and Lu persuade her to turn her honeymoon in Zanzibar into an epic girlfriends' getaway.
