When he is diagnosed with leukemia, world-renowned conductor Thibaut takes a DNA test and makes the shocking discovery that he has a long-lost biological brother named Jimmy. Desperate for a bone marrow transplant, Thibaut reaches out and asks for the ultimate favor. Raised in a working-class province, Jimmy is skeptical of his big-city brother, and their relationship starts off on shaky footing — until they discover their shared love of music. While Thibaut conducts symphony orchestras in the greatest halls of Europe, Jimmy plays trombone in the local ragtag marching band.
